(b) Rank plot of the population inside the Voronoi cells. Although a majority of 616 cells are within 50% of the median population (12,897 inhabitants), there are significant outliers at both top and bottom ranks. While the bottom ranked cells are predominantly in Abidjan, the top ranks are in rural areas as well as smaller cities.
