Boston exceeds the expected quantities of most public facilities (e.g., libraries and museums) and open spaces while Los Angeles shows negative deviations in most amenity types. (C), (D) Deviations from the expected spatial distribution. Most amenities in Boston are more evenly distributed than expected, whereas in Los Angeles, most amenities are scattered around the city
