The complete PHES network is colored according to the observed demand-supply ratio yearly variation between 2010/11 (c) and between 2014/15 (d). Two illustrative examples are shown that capture the variation in demand in a period when the number of applicants was in a clear decline (c) and another when it was growing (d) in the PHES. Orange denotes a positive variation (increase in demand-supply), black a negative variation (decrease in demand-supply)
