Scatter plot of the standard deviation of velocity and the standard deviation of \(\pmb{q_{{c}}}\) . The result is based on the traffic data of Oct. 2015, Beijing. The standard deviation of velocity at each time is calculated by averaging the standard deviation of velocity of each day at the same time. The standard deviation of \(q_{c}\) at each time is calculated based on \(q_{c} \) of all days at the same time.
