Many areas receive few calls, while few areas receive many calls. (b) Distribution of Internet traffic per area: It is also long tailed and follows a power law whereby few areas place many calls, while many areas place few calls. Observe the exponential cutoff at the tail of distribution, which is likely attributed to constraints on time, attention, bandwidth, etc.
