How stable are users’ online food preferences during the course of a week? This figure shows the RBO values between the ranked lists of recipes or ingredients of two consecutive days. Recipe and ingredients are ranked by the number of visits they obtained during that weekday within one year. One can see that users online food preferences are relatively stable during the week, but major shifts in the preferences happen during weekends.
